We provided sales strategy, supported the in house team, and turned their sales pipeline around from a forecast of zero to one valued at £1.7m within 3 months.
With a different client, we provided Siskin with sales support to ensure a winning pitch for a significant new project, and then project management to successfully deliver a complex community engagement, activation and behaviour change campaign. This involved negotiating between several different stakeholders whilst overseeing sensitive insight research among target audiences and c0-creating a communications toolkit with stakeholders.
